Ralls City Hall

The City of Ralls is a general law city.  The daily city activities are ran by the City Administrator and City Secretary.  The City is governed by a Mayor and 6 Alderman.  The City of Ralls is divided into three wards.  Two Alderman are elected out of each ward.  The city host an election each May  to elect new council members.  Each term is for two years. 

The Ralls City Office is open Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

There is a drop box on the south side of city hall to make water payments after hours and on weekends.

The City Council meets at 6:30 p.m. on the 3rd, Monday of each month at the Ralls Business Community Center.  806 Ave I, Ralls Texas.  The meetings are open to the public. 

The Council reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning any items listed on their Agenda, whenever it is considered necessary and legally justified under the provisions of Sections 551.071 through 551.085 of the Open Meetings Act.

City Council meetings are accessible to all persons regardless of disability.  If you require special assistance, please contact the City Office, (806) 253-2558, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
