The Ralls EMS is very active in saving lives in Crosby County. Although they function under the City of Ralls they are a volunteer service. These scenes are taken from the sponsored "Shattered Dreams Program." The dramatize program is hosted by the volunteer services to receive training and make high school students aware of accidents that can occur while drinking and driving.
