The Ralls Water Department Office is open 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. You may make water payments after hours by using our drop box on the side of the building at city hall. If by mail please make your check out to The City of Ralls and mail to 800 Ave I, Ralls, Texas, 79357. For questions concerning your water bill call our utility clerk at 806-253-2558. After hours or weekend water leak call the on call cell phone at:806-559-0542 The City of Ralls receives its water from White River Municipal Water District. White River Lake is owned by the cities of Post, Crosbyton, Ralls and Spur. The district also has four reserve wells for drinking water. White River Lake is located on the Crosby/Dickens County lines 28 miles south of Crosbyton, 8 miles east of Spur. The lake is open for recreation and also contains residents year round.
